Project Manager & Systems Analyst (24410)

Job Description:

• End-to-end management of technological projects – requirements definition, planning, development, testing, go-live, and implementation
• Systems analysis: gathering business requirements and writing functional and technical specification documents (HLD/LLD)
• Leading cross-organizational business processes and translating them into digital solutions
• Ongoing work with development, QA, DevOps, infrastructure, and information security teams
• Managing project schedules, scope, dependencies, risks, and budgets
• Managing external vendors – task management, monitoring, and meeting deliverables
• Supporting development processes in Agile / Scrum environments
• Production support, continuous improvements, and systems maintenance
• Ensuring product quality and compliance with organizational standards

Location: Kfar Saba / Modi'in (Hybrid)

Employment Type: Full-time (8.5 working hours per day)

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of experience in technological project management and/or systems analysis
• Relevant Bachelor’s degree – Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering & Management (advantage)
• Proven experience in writing functional and technical specification documents
• Experience working with development teams and external vendors
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, integrations, and digital processes
• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, multi-interface environment
• Strong management, organizational, and prioritization skills
• Excellent interpersonal communication and process leadership abilities

Significant Advantages:

• Experience in digital, finance, or eCommerce domains
• Familiarity with core systems, complex integrations, or large-scale organizations
• Experience working with task management tools (Jira / Azure DevOps / Monday)
• Experience in regulated environments
