Financial Controller- position no. 1563

We are looking for a Controller for the Alternative Funds

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and control of fund expenses
• Assisting in the preparation and closing of the annual financial statements
• Preparation of cash flow reports
• Investor distributions – from calculation through payment execution
• Liaison with external auditors regarding the annual financial statements
• Cash flow management and forecasting
• Reporting to tax authorities and performing tax calculations
• Supervision and execution of fund transfers
• Management and maintenance of working papers for credit facilities

Qualifications:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – mandatory
• Experience of 1-2 years as an Assistant Controller – mandatory
• Very high level of English – mandatory
• Knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP – mandatory
• Experience with alternative investment funds – a significant advantage
• Strong financial understanding and data analysis skills
