Lerman Ben-Shushan Planning Office, established in 2012, is led by Gideon Lerman, a planner, and Michal Ben-Shushan, a landscape architect and urban designer. Our multidisciplinary approach emphasizes integrating urban and regional planning, architectural design, landscape architecture, environmental planning, infrastructure development, and urban transportation systems. With extensive experience in urban and rural projects, we specialize in formulating spatial policies through projects such as master plans, detailed urban and rural planning, urban renewal, transportation systems, and open space planning. Located in Tel Aviv District, Israel, we are actively involved in professional practice and academic initiatives.

We are looking for candidates who wants to focus on Urban regeneration and intensification planning for the urban fabric developing in Israeli cities and towns of a denser with reclaimed public realm in which the private car does not dominate. our firm is expanding with additional experienced architects and we are developing a training program for young architects who wish to achieve their relevant training in urban planning and statutory planning. This candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion and diligently communicate with necessary people to ensure timely execution.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architect based in Tel Aviv District, Israel. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural designs, collaborating on urban and regional planning projects, and executing detailed project plans. The role also involves overseeing project management tasks, including coordinating with team members and stakeholders, and ensuring the integration of systems and designs into cohesive solutions.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Familiarity with urban and regional planning concepts and principles is an advantage
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams
• Fluency in Hebrew and English is required
• Professional degree in Architecture
