Job description

At WiseStamp, data plays a key role in how we grow. We’re looking for a Business Analyst who enjoys working across teams, asking the right questions, and turning data into impact.

Reporting to the Head of BI and collaborating closely with the CEO, you’ll help shape strategic decisions and support initiatives that move the company forward.

Who You Are

• +4 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to details and accuracy.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of SQL and database management systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and requirements.
• Analyze complex business processes, systems, and data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other analytical tools to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
• Work closely with the BI team to design and implement data models and visualizations.
• Assist in the testing and validation of BI solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and analytics.
