Electrical Design Manager

About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Design Manager to lead electrical design and multidisciplinary coordination for a large-scale industrial project in the Sharon area. The role involves managing interfaces with planners, electrical consultants and client representatives, driving design deliverables, and ensuring schedule and quality compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead electrical design management for a large industrial project (Industrial / EPC / Design Management).
• Ongoing coordination with planners, electrical consultants, contractors and client representatives.
• Participate in and lead design & coordination meetings.
• Monitor progress, track deliverables, and ensure compliance with project schedules.
• Review and control electrical drawings and design packages.
• Prepare and review BOQs, estimates, and quantity take-offs (QTO).

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering – mandatory
• Experience in electrical design offices or managing a design office / design team
• Proven experience in electrical systems design for large industrial projects – mandatory
• Full proficiency in reading and analysing electrical drawings, incl. BOQ / estimates / QTO
• Strong knowledge of large-scale systems: HV/LV, transformers, switchboards, HV equipment, electrical infrastructure
• High-level English – mandatory
• Ability to work independently, lead processes, and drive execution end-to-end
