Organizational Knowledge Technologies & AI Innovation Lead

TASC, Israel’s leading strategic-business consulting firm, is recruiting for a role that leads the company’s professional infrastructure through smart management of organizational knowledge and the implementation of advanced technological solutions. The role serves as a bridge between the consultants’ professional needs and the digital tools, with the aim of improving efficiency, collaboration, and innovation at TASC.

Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for knowledge infrastructures: Management, organization, and improvement of the shared work environment (SharePoint). Building an information hierarchy that enables fast and convenient retrieval of consulting outputs, methodologies, and market data.
• Specification, implementation, and ongoing management of technological solutions: Identifying gaps in work processes and translating them into technological requirements. Supporting end-to-end development processes of internal tools, and maintaining the organizational systems.
• Implementation of artificial intelligence (AI): Identifying and implementing artificial intelligence tools to streamline the work of the HQ and consulting (such as automations, information summarization, and smart content creation).
• Change management and adoption: Training employees on the organizational systems, creating work guides, and ensuring effective use of the existing and new technological tools.

Requirements:

• Education: An academic degree in Information Systems, Knowledge Management, Industrial Engineering and Management, or another relevant field.
• Professional experience: Proven experience in content and information management in a SharePoint environment. Experience in specifying business processes and turning them into digital solutions.
• Technological skills: In-depth familiarity with Office 365 applications, ability to work with automation tools, and high literacy in the fields of artificial intelligence.
• Personal capabilities: High ability to express oneself in writing and verbally, ability to drive processes with multiple interfaces, and a service-oriented approach.
