Plan-T (PLAN-T) is an Israeli fintech company that has developed a platform designed for financial agents and financial planners, enabling a holistic view of all client assets and the household in one place.

The system includes tools for customer relationship management (CRM), report generation, financial planning, asset allocation down to the individual asset level, as well as sales management and day-to-day office operations.

Role Description

The role includes providing full support and assistance to the company’s clients, both in service-related aspects and with regard to system implementation and ongoing use.

The day-to-day work focuses on handling customer inquiries, supporting users, troubleshooting issues, and providing professional guidance for proper and efficient use of the system.

The role requires in-depth learning of the PLAN-T system in all its layers, as well as an understanding of the work processes of financial agents and financial planners.

Requirements and Experience

Proven experience of at least two years working with a customer management system used by financial agents and financial advisors, including the intake and management of pension and financial data (within an institutional body, an agency, or a similar technology company).
