Senior Vice President Finance

We are an elite, high-growth Cybersecurity startup poised for a significant Series B and rapid US expansion. We are looking for a visionary SVP Finance to join our executive leadership team. This isn’t a role for a "numbers-only" controller; we need a strategic partner for the CEO—an architect of our financial narrative and a driving force behind our global commercial scale-up.

In this unique "Minister of Foreign Affairs" capacity, you will focus on high-level strategy, investor relations, and complex commercial deal-making, while our internal finance operations continue to be managed by our expert local team.

What You’ll Do

• Capital Markets & Investor Relations: Lead upcoming funding rounds alongside the CEO. You will translate technical excellence into a compelling financial story, building deep trust with top-tier US VCs through sophisticated projections and market analysis.
• Commercial & Legal Strategy: Act as the financial backbone of our US market penetration. Partner with the CRO to navigate complex Enterprise contracts, pricing models, and distributor negotiations.
• Strategic Data Insights: Define and monitor the "health of the business." You will move beyond reporting to provide deep insights into SaaS metrics (LTV/CAC, Magic Number, Net Retention) that optimize marketing and sales efficiency.
• Executive Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to a visionary CEO. We value an independent leader who provides clarity and strategic direction without ego.
• Board Stewardship: Lead the relationship with the Board regarding financial performance, ensuring absolute transparency and data-driven confidence.

Who You Are

• Cybersecurity & SaaS Veteran: Deep, mandatory experience in the B2B SaaS ecosystem, specifically within the Cybersecurity sector.
• The "Scale-up" Specialist: Ideally, you have served as a VP Finance or a senior financial leader through significant growth milestones (e.g., from 50 to 200+ employees) or through an IPO/M&A exit.
• Master Communicator: Native-level English is essential. You must be able to command a room of top-tier US investors and enterprise legal teams.
• Analytical Engineer: You don't just present data; you engineer reports to ask the right questions about operational efficiency and business growth.
• Bridge Builder: A "people person" capable of mentoring internal leadership (like our Finance Director) while commanding respect in the boardroom.
