About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Identity and Access Management Architect to design, implement, and lead advanced identity solutions for enterprise and customer facing environments.

The role combines deep hands on technical expertise with architectural thinking, customer engagement, and the ability to translate business and security requirements into scalable IAM solutions.

This is a senior role with real ownership over identity architecture, not a pure administration position

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end IAM architectures based on Okta for workforce and customer identity use cases
• Lead hands-on implementation of Okta environments, including authentication, authorization, and lifecycle flows
• Architect and deliver CIAM solutions for external customers at scale
• Design and govern Just-In-Time access models and identity governance processes
• Define identity models, access policies, and governance controls aligned with Zero Trust principles
• Work closely with customers, security teams, and application owners to gather requirements and drive design decisions
• Support complex integrations with SaaS platforms, custom applications, and APIs
• Provide technical leadership, best practices, and guidance across IAM projects

Mandatory Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience with Okta in production environments
• Okta certifications at Professional or Advanced level
• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing CIAM solutions
• Deep understanding of Just-In-Time access models and identity governance
• Strong knowledge of identity protocols: SAML, OIDC, OAuth, MFA
• Experience working directly with customers in complex IAM projects
• Background in global high-tech companies or large-scale enterprise environments

Advantage

• Coding orientation and ability to read, write, or troubleshoot code
• Experience with scripting or development languages (JavaScript, Python, or similar)
• Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and automation in identity workflows
