Job Description
- Analyze user requirements and write functional specifications
- Design BI solutions following industry-standard methodologies
- Manage projects within the BI department
- Collaborate in the design and development of BI infrastructure and applications
- Implement procedures to improve BI processes
- Deploy BI tools across department clients
- Hands-on: create basic BI applications, reports, and dashboards (e.g., Qlik)
Job Requirements
- Relevant academic degree (Computer Science, Industrial Engineering & Management, or related field)
- At least 2 years of experience in BI system analysis or development
- Deep knowledge of BI & DWH methodologies
- Experience with BI systems and Oracle environment: Oracle Database, Informatica, Business Objects, Qlik Sense
- Strong system-level thinking and ability to lead BI implementation processes
- Independent, proactive, creative, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and high service orientation
- Experience in the telecom sector – advantage
- Willingness to participate in all stages of work processes, from analysis and specification to final validation and data quality assurance
