The Opportunity

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on DevSecOps Manager to lead a specialized team focused on post-merger security integration and infrastructure hardening. In this role, you will play a critical part in our global expansion, ensuring that newly acquired entities are seamlessly and securely embedded into our corporate operational frameworks. You will bridge the gap between complex DevOps challenges and high-level security governance within a large-scale, cloud-native environment.

What You’ll Do

• Team Leadership: Manage a multi-disciplinary team in Israel, including SecOps specialists, DevOps engineers, and Due Diligence experts.
• M&A Integration (PMI): Lead the end-to-end security onboarding of acquired companies, tailoring the integration strategy based on the organization's scale and technical complexity.
• Security Strategy: Define and execute security roadmaps across cloud environments (Kubernetes, GitHub, CI/CD), ensuring strict alignment with global standards and regulatory mandates.
• Technical Guidance: Act as a hands-on mentor, solving complex DevSecOps hurdles and providing technical leadership to ensure high-quality execution.
• Infrastructure Hardening: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement secure SDLC processes and harden cloud infrastructure for newly integrated units.
• Risk Management: Oversee cross-functional initiatives, including risk assessments and the continuous evolution of security operations.
• Talent Development: Foster a culture of technical excellence and accountability through performance management and professional mentorship.

What You’ll Bring

• Extensive Technical Experience: A strong background in DevOps or DevSecOps with deep expertise in Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), Kubernetes, Jenkins, and GitHub.
• Security Depth: A profound understanding of security operations, risk mitigation, and security integration within the context of Mergers and Acquisitions.
• Leadership Track Record: Proven experience leading technical teams and managing high-stakes, cross-organizational projects.
