Group Finance Director

Role Description

As Finance Director, you will be deeply involved in the business side of the group, working shoulder-to-shoulder with executive leadership on strategy, growth, and investment decisions. You will act as a true business partner, combining financial leadership with commercial judgment, supporting expansion initiatives, partnerships, and new opportunities while maintaining strong financial governance at group level.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for decision-makers
• Partner with senior leadership on strategic, commercial, and investment decisions
• Take part in group-level financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management
• Build and own advanced financial models across multiple entities and scenarios
• Oversee consolidated reporting, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and strong controls
• Support business development, partnerships, market entries, and deal structuring from a financial perspective

Requirements

• CPA – mandatory
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting (MBA – advantage)
• Proven experience in multi-entity, group, or holding-company environments
• Strong financial modeling skills and deep understanding of financial statements
• Native / mother-tongue level English – mandatory
• Additional European languages – advantage
• Commercial mindset, high attention to detail, and strong executive communication skills
