A successful defense company located in Be’er Ya’akov is looking for a System Engineer for a role with full product ownership across the product lifecycle.

📍 Full-time position | On-site

🔧 Responsibilities

• Lead the definition, development, integration, and testing of a system-level product integrated across multiple projects

• Define system and product architectures

• Write system-level and product-level requirements

• Manage the product roadmap and lead review and development processes

• Manage requirements verification, processes, and product testing (hardware / firmware / software)

• Perform system integration testing

• Deploy the product across multiple projects and support system-level issues

• Work closely with all relevant engineering stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• BSc in Electrical Engineering / Software Engineering / Systems Engineering – mandatory

• At least 3 years of experience as a System Engineer in a multidisciplinary project – mandatory

• Experience in system integration or design verification testing – advantage

• Previous experience in hardware or software development – advantage

• Familiarity with multidisciplinary systems

• Strong interpersonal skills and system-level thinking
