A leading company in the field of power supplies and communication systems, specializing in the development and manufacturing of customized power solutions for military, civil aviation, and space applications, is seeking a Project Manager to join the Project Management team within the R&D Division.

Role Description:

• End-to-end project management responsibility.
• Development, tracking, and control of project schedules.
• Leading project activities in close collaboration with development teams.
• Independent task management and execution.
• Working with multiple cross-functional interfaces across the organization.
• Project risk management, including identification, analysis, and mitigation.

Requirements:

• Academic degree in Industrial Engineering and Management – mandatory.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Management – mandatory.
• Experience in a manufacturing and/or defense-related organization – mandatory.
• High proficiency in MS Office, including MS Project – mandatory.
• High level of English (written and spoken).
• Engineering background and experience in electronics – advantage.
