Research Study Coordinator in Oncology

Job summary:

The study coordinator plays an integral role in executing quality clinical studies. They will typically work under the direction of the study’s principal investigator to monitor the progress of research activities and develop and maintain up-to-date protocols, approvals, and enrolled-patient records as required by investigators, sponsors, and/or regulatory bodies.

Responsibilities:

• Aid in the recruitment and coordination of appropriate research subjects.

• Coordinate, monitor and document all clinical study-associated activities according to GCP protocols.

• Ensure integrity of clinical data by efficiently maintaining all patient records and working diligently according to a strict protocol.

• Ensure continuous up to date protocol procedures and EC/IRB approvals.

• Verification and reporting of adverse events.

Qualification requirements:

• Must have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a health-related/biological field.

• Must be able to communicate in Hebrew and have working proficiency in English.

• Previous clinical study coordinator experience is an advantage.
