Program Manager

Role Description

This full-time Program Manager role is based on-site in Maalot Tarshiha.

Program Manager Responsible for all aspects of a program at the site, serving as the site liaison between the company and the customer to ensure customer needs are met. Ensures all program-related decisions are guided by the terms and conditions of the customer’s contract. Understands all aspects required to launch a new program or order. Responsible for customer management and satisfaction, order management and delivery, revenue achievement, business issue resolution (A/R, E&O material issues, PPV, credit, RMA’s), and business development. Understands the company's offerings for vertical integration and directs customer appropriately towards additional or alternative company products or services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a relevant field; advanced degrees or certifications in project management are a plus.
• Project management skills, including the ability to create timelines, monitor progress, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment
