Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Maagan Michael for a New Product Introduction Engineer. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to oversee the introduction of new products. Responsibilities include optimizing design-production processes to meet quality standards and deadlines, and knowledge transfer to production lines. The role requires a proactive approach to improving product design and implementing innovative solutions throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Mechanical or industrial engineering degree required
• Excellent problem-solving and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments
