Job Description

Participate in cross-organizational strategic projects in campaign management and multi-channel customer journeys
Map and define business and technical requirements from Marketing Automation (MA) systems across different business units
Operate and maintain the technological and business infrastructure for all campaigns, customer journeys, and direct customer communication
Understand system interfaces between MA platforms and other organizational systems
Provide a broad business perspective and understand business needs across marketing, service, operations, digital, data, and IT teams
Collaborate daily with business managers and end-users

Job Requirements

Mandatory: Academic degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering & Management, Marketing, Digital, or a related field
Mandatory: Over 5 years of proven experience leading technological projects in BI, MA, CRM, or Campaign Management
Mandatory: Over 3 years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Engagement and Salesforce Data Cloud
Mandatory: Strong experience with SQL or BI tools
Mandatory: Experience working with large-scale databases and data warehouses in large organizations
Experience in designing and specifying marketing campaigns – advantage
