Salesforce CRM Project Manager (24400)

Job Description

• Lead Salesforce projects end-to-end, from initiation through delivery, including scope definition, timelines, and milestones
• Design, configure, and implement complex Salesforce processes, including Flow Builder, permissions, security, and access controls, according to organizational needs
• Manage and professionally oversee external vendors and development teams to ensure high-quality delivery
• Act as a bridge between business units and technology teams, translating business requirements into technical specifications
• Track project progress, manage risks, and maintain structured documentation of project processes

Job Requirements

• Mandatory: At least 2 years of proven experience in Salesforce implementation and system analysis
• Mandatory: Approximately 4 years of proven experience managing large and complex CRM projects in a technologically complex environment
• Experience working with external vendors – advantage
• Strong ability to work with senior stakeholders, professional teams, and within a matrix management environment
