Job Description

Lead Salesforce projects end-to-end, from initiation through delivery, including scope definition, timelines, and milestones
Design, configure, and implement complex Salesforce processes, including Flow Builder, permissions, security, and access controls, according to organizational needs
Manage and professionally oversee external vendors and development teams to ensure high-quality delivery
Act as a bridge between business units and technology teams, translating business requirements into technical specifications
Track project progress, manage risks, and maintain structured documentation of project processes

Job Requirements

Mandatory: At least 2 years of proven experience in Salesforce implementation and system analysis
Mandatory: Approximately 4 years of proven experience managing large and complex CRM projects in a technologically complex environment
Experience working with external vendors – advantage
Strong ability to work with senior stakeholders, professional teams, and within a matrix management environment
