Job Description
- Develop and deploy end-to-end Machine Learning and AI models
- Analyze complex datasets and extract critical business insights
- Work with large-scale data sources (SQL & NoSQL) and write complex queries
- Implement advanced models such as Boosting, Random Forest, GLM, Regression, Clustering, PCA, and SVM
- Develop and deploy LLM-based solutions, including Fine-Tuning, RAG, and advanced prompt engineering
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to translate insights into actionable solutions
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. in Computer Science / Mathematics / Statistics / Engineering or a related field
- (M.Sc. – advantage)
- Mandatory: Academic or significant course-level experience with Large Language Models (LLMs)
- At least 2 years of experience developing Machine Learning models in a business environment
- (Supervised & Unsupervised – advantage)
- Mandatory: Strong Python experience using libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
- Mandatory: Strong SQL skills, including complex queries on large datasets
- Mandatory: Hands-on experience with LLM-based models, including prompt engineering, Fine-Tuning, and RAG
- Familiarity with models such as Boosting, Random Forest, GLM, Regression, Clustering, PCA, and SVM
- Experience working with large relational and non-relational databases
- Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving abilities
- Experience with Big Data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) – advantage
- Experience working with financial data – advantage
