About the Role

We are looking for a driven Sales Specialist to join our team and help us grow Coldi.ai's presence in the market. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with B2B experience who wants to sell innovative AI solutions to businesses that rely on phone-based communication.

You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualifying leads to pitching and closing deals. You'll work closely with our Head of Sales to build pipeline and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Identify and target B2B companies in fintech, insurance,FSM and lead generation that rely on phone-based communication for sales or support

Build and manage a pipeline using lead generation tools and internal lead sources

Qualify inbound leads from website forms, marketing campaigns, and referrals

Research target companies to uncover opportunities and tailor outreach strategies

Pitch Coldi.ai's AI voice agents for outbound campaigns (appointment setting, lead reactivation, sales outreach) and inbound support (customer service, lead qualification, retention)

Conduct discovery calls, deliver demos, and handle objections

Negotiate pricing, create proposals, and close deals to meet revenue targets

Collaborate with operations team to ensure smooth campaign setup and client onboarding

Manage leads, activities, and deal progress in HubSpot CRM

Track KPIs including demos scheduled, proposals sent, deals closed, and revenue generated

Provide weekly reports on pipeline health and sales outcomes

Requirements

2+ years of experience in B2B sales

Self-driven with a proactive approach to generating leads and building pipeline

Experience with consultative selling and managing complex deals

Ability to fly for industry events and expo's

Proficient in using lead generation tools (Apollo.io, Lusha, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)

Experience with HubSpot CRM or similar platforms

Strong communication and presentation skills

Ability to work hybrid from Herzliya or Haifa office

Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications

Experience selling SaaS or technology solutions

Background in selling to fintech, insurance, FSM, or lead generation companies

Familiarity with call center metrics (talk time, connection rate, qualified lead rate)

Knowledge of voice campaign scripting or AI-driven automation

Experience with high-volume outreach strategies
