We are seeking a PMO professional in the IT and R&D domain, responsible for driving the successful execution of clinical IT initiatives within R&D.

Job Description:

• The role entails end-to-end responsibility for project activities – planning, coordination, monitoring, and reporting – while ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives and R&D operations.
• The PMO serves as a central point for governance, communication, and quality assurance across multiple sites and cross-organizational programs, including projects operating in regulated environments (GxP).
• This position requires strong organizational and analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proven experience supporting IT projects or large-scale organizational programs on a global level.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management, Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field.
• 2–3+ years of experience in PMO or IT project management roles within complex or global environments, including support for large-scale IT/R&D programs.
• Exposure to projects in GxP-regulated environments or pharmaceutical/clinical supply chain – an advantage.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, or similar), good understanding of SDLC, validation, and methodologies (Agile/Waterfall), along with strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Excellent English communication skills, teamwork, multitasking ability, fast learner, adaptability to change, and attention to detail.
• Experience with testing tools such as HP Quality Center – an advantage.
• Background in pharmaceuticals, clinical operations, R&D systems, or supply chain – an advantage.
• Experience preparing management dashboards, executive summaries, and PMO-level reports.
