Product Strategist

We are seeking a visionary Strategy Product Manager to join a world-class innovation team. In this high-impact role, you will define the future of high-scale network ecosystems, with a specific focus on Agentic AI, Autonomous Networks, and intelligent monetization systems. You will be responsible for mapping complex market requirements into groundbreaking product initiatives, driving the transition toward automated, closed-loop, and end-to-end orchestrated environments.

What You’ll Do

• Strategic Growth: Lead the full lifecycle of strategic planning for emerging domains, including deep-dive analysis, insights generation, and operational optimization.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor global technology shifts and regulatory changes impacting Charging, Policy, and Network Automation, while staying aligned with industry standards like 3GPP.
• Competitive Edge: Differentiate our portfolio by analyzing market dynamics, conducting win/loss retrospectives, and performing deep-dive competitive benchmarking.
• Strategic Roadmap: Define and validate a 1-3 year product vision, ensuring alignment at both the portfolio and corporate levels.
• Business Advocacy: Build compelling business cases to secure product investment, demonstrating clear ROI for innovative, high-scale software solutions.
• Thought Leadership: Act as a subject matter expert for executive leadership, translating market knowledge into multi-year investment plans.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate the product vision and progress effectively to internal teams and global external partners.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of experience in product strategy or corporate consulting, with a focus on long-term roadmap development.
• AI/ML Leadership: Proven experience in driving Agentic AI and advanced machine learning initiatives (a significant advantage).
• Technical Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of OSS (Operations Support Systems), Network Management, and Charging/Monetization technologies.
• Strategic Mindset: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to navigate complex, data-driven challenges.
• Matrix Collaboration: Experience working across diverse departments, including Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Executive leadership.
• Telco/CSP Background: A proven track record of supporting product strategy for top-tier Telecommunications or Service Provider accounts.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (MBA or relevant strategy experience is a plus).
