Eyeviation is building advanced flight simulation and evaluation systems for aviation training programs.

Our mission goes beyond simulation: we analyze real-time trainee behavior, performance, and decision-making to predict a cadet’s success throughout the pilot training course.

By combining high-fidelity flight simulation, real-time systems, and deep data analysis, we provide instructors and organizations with objective, measurable insights - helping them identify strengths, risks, and potential early in the training process.

The Role:

We’re looking for a Senior C++ Engineer to join Eyeviation as one of the first engineers on the team.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role with direct ownership over core systems, architecture, and technical direction.

What you’ll do:

- Design and implement core C++ systems for real-time flight simulation

- Build low-latency, performance-critical Real-Time Systems

- Take ownership of architecture and technical foundations

- Integrate simulation engines, telemetry, and evaluation logic

- Optimize long-running systems operating at 60 FPS and beyond

- Work closely with product and leadership in a small, focused startup team

What we’re looking for:

- Strong experience with modern C++ (C++17/20)

- Background in real-time, simulation, gaming engines, or performance-critical systems

- Deep understanding of multithreading, memory, and performance

- Hands-on mindset with end-to-end ownership

- Ability to think at a system and architectural level

Big advantages:

- Experience with flight simulators or aviation systems

- Graphics / 3D / DirectX / OpenGL experience

- Experience with VR/XR, hardware integration, or telemetry

- Interest in data-driven evaluation and predictive systems
