Corporate Maintenance Manager

Our production network operates some of the most advanced, automated and robotics‑driven manufacturing systems in the industry. This role offers a unique opportunity to join the Operations Division and lead the corporate maintenance function across all production sites, providing professional guidance, setting standards and ensuring high levels of reliability and operational continuity throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Defining and leading corporate maintenance policies, methodologies and standards across all sites.
• Monitoring maintenance performance indicators and driving improvement in breakdown, preventive and planned maintenance ratios.
• Acting as the organizational authority for maintenance practices, procedures and core engineering topics within the Operations Division.
• Managing knowledge transfer between sites, supporting and mentoring maintenance managers and engineers, and ensuring consistent implementation of maintenance standards.
• Analyzing production loads and adapting maintenance strategies to equipment wear, operational demands and reliability requirements.
• Supporting long‑term solutions for recurring maintenance issues and providing guidance on complex technical challenges across sites.
• Leading and supporting cross‑site maintenance projects and building a strong internal and external maintenance network.
• Conducting maintenance audits and assessments across sites and defining corporate benchmarks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Food Engineering – mandatory.
• At least 8 years of experience leading maintenance functions in an industrial environment – mandatory.
• Proven managerial experience in senior maintenance roles.
• Strong knowledge of preventive and planned maintenance methodologies – mandatory.
• Experience with operational methodologies such as Lean or TPM – an advantage.
• High proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Willingness to travel frequently between sites nationwide.
