A leading and innovative defense company is seeking a Supplier & Procurement Quality Engineer – a significant, dynamic role with real impact on product quality and the supply chain.

What does the role include?

• Leading supplier qualification processes for development and production according to strict customer requirements

• Performing professional supplier audits for monitoring, control, and quality improvement

• Daily work in matrix interfaces with Procurement, Project Quality Managers, and additional stakeholders

• Improving cross-organizational work processes in collaboration with procurement teams

• Reporting to the Head of Supplier & Procurement Quality

• Willingness to travel frequently within Israel for audits and supplier qualifications – with potential overseas travel.

Requirements

• BSc in Engineering: Mechanical / Materials / Electrical / Aeronautical Engineering

• Technological background in mechanical and/or electronic manufacturing processes (CNC machining, electronic systems manufacturing, special processes, etc.)

• Experience in a production environment working with suppliers/customers (Manufacturing, R&D, Production Engineering, or Quality)

• High proficiency in computer-based environments (Office + ERP systems)

• High-level English – including speaking, reading, and writing

✔ Excellent interpersonal communication skills and full fluency in Hebrew

✔ Strong English communication skills, including professional conversation

Candidates with extensive senior managerial backgrounds who are not involved in the hands-on, day‑to‑day quality practice will not be considered.
