Hi, I’m Tal 🙂 founder of BYC, a boutique recruitment agency partnering with fast-growing startups and scaling tech companies in Israel and globally.
We work across a wide spectrum of roles- Engineering, Product, Marketing, Sales, and senior leadership positions - directly with founders and executive teams.
I’m looking for a Senior Recruiter / Sourcer (5+ years of experience) to join me full-time, working 100% remotely.
This is a high-impact role for someone who loves ownership, autonomy, and working on diverse, challenging positions.
🔹 What you’ll do:
• Lead active sourcing (primarily via LinkedIn) for multiple tech roles
• Own candidate pipelines end-to-end
• Screen, engage, and manage candidates throughout the process
• Partner with me on live searches across early-stage startups and growth companies
🔹 What I’m looking for:
• 5+ years of experience in tech recruitment / sourcing
• Strong LinkedIn sourcing skills
• Excellent communication and people skills
• High level of independence and accountability
• Startup mindset - fast, flexible, hands-on
