Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Laboratory Analyst, based in Caesarea. The Laboratory Analyst will be responsible for conducting precise lab tests, supporting R&D activities, and ensuring compliance with laboratory standards and protocols. Daily tasks include maintaining lab equipment, analyzing samples, documenting results, and contributing to method development and optimization for pharmaceutical and botanical research projects.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in analytical and bioanalytical method development, laboratory analysis, and quality control procedures.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience working with GC and HPLC systems - Mandatory.
• Proficient in operating advanced laboratory instrumentation, including chromatographic and spectrometric techniques such as GC–MS and LC–MS (an advantage).
• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong ability to accurately document, analyze, and report experimental results.
• Experience working in GMP and/or GLP-compliant environments (an advantage).
• Strong team player with the ability to strictly adhere to laboratory protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmacology, or a related field.
• Possesses strong problem-solving abilities and a keen interest in scientific research and innovation.
