Digital Project Manager

We are looking for a Digital Project Manager for a leading organization located in central Israel.

Responsibilities:

• Lead complex digital projects end-to-end, from planning through execution and implementation, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
• Perform system analysis, requirements gathering, and process mapping for complex digital solutions
• Analyze business processes and translate business and functional requirements into system specifications
• Lead the implementation of innovative digital solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and business stakeholders
• Track project KPIs and provide ongoing status reporting to management

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience managing complex digital projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven experience in system analysis and requirements documentation
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Excel (BI tools – an advantage)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• English – good working proficiency
