Senior Media Buyer – Mobile Apps

We are looking for a Senior Media Buyer to join us on a freelance/contract basis with the option to become a full-time employee based on results, and lead mobile growth through performance marketing and DSP media buying. This role is for a proven UA professional who has owned large budgets, scaled campaigns globally, and consistently delivered measurable results across iOS and Android.

Responsibilities:

• Hands-on ownership, management, and optimization of large-scale paid user acquisition campaigns
• Plan, launch, and scale UA campaigns across multiple DSPs (e.g. Moloco, AppLovin, Kayzen, Unity, BigoAds, Dataseat)
• Analyze performance data to maximize ROAS while meeting client KPIs and business objectives
• Own and optimize core performance KPIs: CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, retention, and scaling efficiency
• Manage budgets, pacing, forecasting, and scaling decisions across markets
• Identify new growth opportunities across channels, DSPs, geos, and audiences
• Collaborate with internal teams on creatives, funnels, and optimization strategies

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on performance marketing / mobile user acquisition experience – must
• Strong experience buying media on DSPs at scale
• Proven experience working with mobile measurement platforms (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular)
• Deep understanding of mobile attribution and performance-based models
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action
• Comfortable managing large budgets and optimizing toward ROAS / LTV
• High proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
• Independent, proactive, fast learner with strong ownership mentality
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
