Warehouse Associate

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Associate to manage and operate the day-to-day activities of the warehouse, which includes inventory of electronic and mechanical components.

The role involves close collaboration with suppliers, production and R&D labs, full responsibility for goods handling, inventory management, item organization, and documentation in the Priority ERP system.

Warehouse Management & Operations

• Full responsibility for warehouse activities: receiving, storage, issuing, and shipments
• Organizing and managing inventory of raw materials, components, sub-assemblies, and finished products
• Maintaining order, cleanliness, and proper labeling of storage areas
• Managing periodic inventory counts and resolving discrepancies

Receiving & Inspection

• Receiving equipment from suppliers in accordance with purchase orders
• Incoming inspection: quantitative, qualitative, and visual checks of materials and components
• Collaboration with Quality Control (transferring items for incoming inspection)
• Documenting receipt, labeling, and storage according to procedures

Traceability & Configuration Management

• Managing full traceability in accordance with quality and security requirements
• Marking, labeling, and separating inventory statuses (approved / quarantine / rejected)
• Maintaining inventory records and documenting material movements
• Supporting configuration management and change control processes

Production & R&D Support

• Issuing materials to production according to work requirements and manufacturing orders
• Ongoing collaboration with Production, Procurement, Quality, and Engineering teams
• Handling returns, surplus, and rejected materials
• Preparing kits for production and integration

Safety, Security & Compliance

• Ensuring compliance with warehouse safety procedures
• Working in accordance with security and information security requirements
• Controlling warehouse access and managing keys/authorizations
• Participating in company audits and inspections preparation
  

• Proven experience in a similar role within an engineering/manufacturing company – mandatory
• Experience working with the Priority ERP system – mandatory
• Familiarity with electronic and mechanical components – mandatory
• High level of organization, accuracy, responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
• Ability to read part numbers and technical drawings – an advantage
