About the Company

A fast-growing AI vertical SaaS startup operating in the US construction market. The company helps customers solve highly complex analysis, pricing, and design challenges, unlocking significant productivity through AI-powered software.

Launched less than a year ago, the company has already reached $1M ARR and recently closed a $7M Seed round. The next phase focuses on evolving from a single-product company into a full operational platform, aiming to disrupt long-standing legacy solutions in the market.

About the Role

We’re looking for a strong AI Engineer with a true builder mindset to take a leading role in shaping the company’s AI capabilities.

In the first stage, you’ll work on the core product, developing AI solutions for key customer workflows that involve analyzing architectural plans—long, complex documents with unstructured data and conflicting sources. These are unsolved problems that require creativity, technical depth, and independent thinking.

As the platform evolves, you’ll help embed AI at the core of new product capabilities, connecting interior space design and engineering with large-scale document analysis, and unifying multiple customer workflows into a single integrated solution.

Requirements

• Proven experience shipping LLM-based features to production
• Strong backend engineering background (Python is a must)
• Ability to work independently end-to-end
• Comfortable owning ambiguous problems from problem definition through production
• Fast execution and a bias toward action
