Business Development & Marketing Manager - Contaminated Land Remediation

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the contaminated land remediation and industrial sites sectors.
• Manage client relationships with companies, regulatory authorities, and governmental bodies.
• Prepare commercial proposals, lead negotiations, and manage the sales cycle through deal closure.
• Represent the company at conferences, professional forums, and meetings with strategic clients.
• Work closely and continuously with the organization's professional and engineering departments.

We are looking for a candidate with proven experience and a deep understanding of the field.

Must-Have:

• Proven familiarity with the environmental quality / land remediation / infrastructure sectors.
• Previous experience in a similar Business Development or Marketing role is essential.
• Full proficiency in both Hebrew and English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Excellent interpersonal skills and high-level presentation and persuasion abilities.
