Job Description:

• Responsible for the analysis, specification, and ongoing support of operational Web-based systems in an enterprise environment, working closely with end users and development, QA, and infrastructure teams.
• The role requires a deep understanding of business needs, translating them into clear requirements and specification documents, and leading end-to-end processes from analysis through go-live and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in systems analysis, including a minimum of 2 years analyzing operational Web systems
• (6+ years of experience – advantage)
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience conducting direct requirements analysis in meetings with end users
• Experience working in environments with complex business processes
• (excluding ERP systems, Mainframe, Data Analysis roles, or interface-only technical processes)
• Proven experience writing functional and technical specification documents
• Experience working with SQL Server, including data model understanding and basic query writing/reading
• Proven experience with Web-based user interfaces, including UX and UI
• Knowledge of software system architecture
• Strong understanding of business processes and data flows
• Familiarity with TFS / JIRA or equivalent tools
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in teams and across multiple stakeholders
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks
