We are looking for a Junior Social Marketing Analyst to join our paid social team. This role is designed for someone at the beginning of their career who wants to learn fast, take real responsibility, and work in a high-intensity performance marketing environment with serious budgets. This is not a content or branding role.

What You’ll Do

• Support the execution and day-to-day operation of large-scale paid social campaigns
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics including CTR, CPM, CVR, CPA, ROAS, and AOV
• Learn to make budget, creative, and optimization decisions based on data
• Use AI tools to generate, test, and iterate ad creatives and copy at scale
• Analyze campaign performance using internal BI dashboards and reports
• Identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities in data

What You Bring

• 0-1 years of experience (internships, projects, or relevant coursework are acceptable)
• Strong analytical thinking with a data-driven approach
• Creative problem-solving skills and a willingness to figure things out independently
• High level of responsibility and ownership; you treat company budgets like your own money
• Persistence and resilience; you do not give up when things don’t work on the first attempt
• Highly organized, neat, and logical with strong attention to detail
• AI-first mindset with hands-on experience using AI tools to work more efficiently
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (or final-year students)
