💼 What You’ll Do

• Lead complex projects end-to-end, including subcontractor management

• Full responsibility for project schedules, budgets, and quality

• Maintain ongoing technical engagement with customers throughout the project lifecycle

• Manage procurement budgets and project cost estimations

• Handle multiple projects simultaneously in a multidisciplinary environment

• Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) and transfer from development to production

• Manage and develop multidisciplinary systems (hardware, software, mechanical, electro-optics)

• Perform system analysis and definition for integrated solutions

• Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and cross-functional teams

• Ensure design quality and compliance with customer requirements

• Represent the company in relevant professional forums

• Matrix management of engineering and development team leaders across multidisciplinary domains

🎯 Requirements

• B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Mechanical Engineering – required

• At least 3 years of experience managing projects and/or engineering development teams in an industrial environment

• Proven experience with military systems and familiarity with military standards – strong advantage

• Hands-on experience in hardware and software development and production environments

• Experience leading cross-organizational processes

• Strong leadership, managerial, and system-level thinking skills

• High level of English, including technical English
