Infrastructure Engineer

OMC, a leading company in Israel’s cloud computing infrastructure industry, is looking for a passionate and skilled Infrastructure Expert to join our global team.

In this role, you’ll be at the core of our worldwide cloud platform — designing, maintaining, and optimizing complex multi–data center environments that support thousands of servers across the globe. You’ll take full ownership of mission-critical systems, tackle real-time production challenges, and collaborate with top-tier engineers to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability at the highest level.

• Design, implement, and maintain advanced infrastructure solutions in global cloud environments.
• Monitor and troubleshoot large-scale systems, identifying and resolving issues efficiently.
• Work hands-on with cutting-edge technologies in networking, virtualization, storage, and cloud computing.
  

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in infrastructure and communication environments.
• In-depth understanding of networking, including routing, switching, firewalls, and L2/L3 troubleshooting.
• Deep understanding of network communications – required.
• Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., Proxmox, VMware, Hyper-V).
• Experience working with physical servers – advantage.
• CCNP certification – significant advantage.
