Export Coordinator- Temporary Position

Elmo servo drives technology (A Bosch Company) enables the world’s most advanced robotics, medical devices, semiconductors, and industrial automation equipment.

We are looking for a motivated Export Coordinator to join our team!

Responsibilities will include:

• Manage export shipments from warehouse to delivery, including all required documentation and compliance.
• Issue invoices and currier shipping labels and handle additional export documents as needed.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customers, and internal teams.
• Monitor shipments, update tracking systems, and resolve any shipment issues (customs, security, etc.).
• Handle RMA shipments and special logistics requests (exhibitions, marketing materials, samples).
• Approve freight invoices and request quotes for large shipments.
• Maintain communication with customers and branches regarding shipping status.
• Handle return export shipments – tracking, custom clearance, export proof.



Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in international and domestic shipping/logistics.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Logistics, International Trade, or related field – preferred.
• Professional courses in export/import regulations, shipping, or international logistics – an advantage.
• Proven experience in handling export documentation and ensuring compliance.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Priority) and shipment tracking tools.
• Experience coordinating with freight forwarders, customers, and internal teams.
• Hebrew & English- high level
• Organized and detail-oriented
