Product System Engineer

The Missile and Space Systems Division is looking for a Product System Engineer to lead the development of complex, multidisciplinary system products integrated across multiple projects.

The position includes:

• Leading the definition, development, integration, and testing of a system-level product used across several projects

• Defining the system architecture for the product

• Analyzing, developing, and managing product requirements

• Managing the product roadmap and leading all review and development processes

• Writing requirements, design, process, and test documentation across hardware, firmware, and software domains

• Performing system integration tests for the product

• Supporting product implementation across projects and assisting with system-level issues

• Coordinating among all relevant engineering stakeholders to advance the product

What we’re looking for:

• BSc in Electronics Engineering or Software Engineering is required

•MSc in Systems Engineering is an advantage

•At least 3 years of experience as a Systems Engineer on a multidisciplinary project is required

•Experience in system integration or design verification testing is an advantage

•At least 3 additional years of experience in hardware or software development is an advantage

•Familiarity with complex systems

•Strong interpersonal skills

•System-level thinking and approach
