A leading company in international freight forwarding and logistics projects is seeking an experienced International Freight Projects Specialist to manage complex end-to-end logistics projects in import, export, and global freight operations.

Role Description

• End-to-end responsibility for international freight forwarding projects (sea freight / import–export / drop shipments)
• Managing complex and non-standard shipments, including heavy equipment, oversized cargo, and infrastructure projects
• Monitoring schedules, identifying risks, and handling operational exceptions such as demurrage, detention, and delays
• Coordinating with internal teams: operations, sales, finance, and customs brokerage
• Managing documentation, contracts, SLAs, and ensuring service level compliance
• Direct communication with clients: expectation management, problem-solving, and providing professional, hands-on support

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in international freight forwarding and/or logistics project management
• Strong background in sea freight operations – FCL / LCL / Project Cargo
• Solid understanding of supply chain processes and relevant regulations
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Very high level of English (spoken, written, and reading)
• Experience with freight forwarding systems / TMS – an advantage
• High service orientation, strong sense of ownership, and ability to work independently
