Part-Time Marketing Manager (B2B / Defense)
Experience: 3+ years
The Company
We’re a small defense tech startup seeking a hands-on marketer to drive B2B marketing that generates pipeline with clients.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute lead-gen campaigns (email, webinars, events, content, partners)
- Handle log and track initial leads, outbound/ABM efforts, and enablement materials
- Manage CRM-based marketing ops: segmentation, workflows, lead scoring, and reporting
- Track performance and report on KPIs
Requirements
- 5+ years B2B marketing experience, lead management
- Strong CRM understanding (HubSpot preferred)
- Experience supporting software sales motions
- Excellent communication and writing skills
Preferred
- Experience in the defense industry (or adjacent sectors)
