אנחנו מחפשים מנהל/ת תכנון ורישוי מנוסה להובלת כלל תהליכי התכנון והרישוי בפרויקטי נדל״ן של החברה, משלב הרעיון ועד קבלת היתרים וחיבורי תשתיות.

תחומי אחריות:

• ניהול והובלה של תהליכי תכנון ורישוי בפרויקטים שונים
• הכנה, הגשה וקידום תכניות ואישורים מול רשויות התכנון והגורמים הרגולטוריים
• תיאום שוטף מול יועצים, מתכננים, רשויות וגורמים פנימיים בארגון
• ניהול חיבורי תשתיות: חשמל, מים, ביוב, גז ותקשורת
• בקרה על עמידה בתקנים, חוקי הבנייה ולוחות הזמנים
• ניהול אגרות, היטלים ותשלומים נלווים
• ניהול והנחיה של צוותי תכנון ורישוי

דרישות התפקיד:

• ניסיון מוכח בניהול תכנון ורישוי בפרויקטי נדל״ן
• היכרות מעמיקה עם חוקי הבנייה והליכי הרישוי
• ניסיון בעבודה מול רשויות תכנון וגורמים רגולטוריים
• יכולת ניהול, תיעדוף משימות ועבודה תחת לחץ
• תקשורת בין־אישית גבוהה ויכולת עבודה בממשקים מרובים
• שליטה בתוכנות מחשב ייעודיות לתחום

Kata Group is hiring a Planning & Licensing Manager

Kata Group is looking for an experienced Planning & Licensing Manager to lead and manage all planning and permitting processes across the company’s real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all planning and licensing processes throughout project lifecycles
• Prepare, submit, and promote plans and permits with planning authorities and regulatory bodies
• Coordinate work with consultants, planners, authorities, and internal stakeholders
• Manage infrastructure connections including electricity, water, sewage, gas, and communications
• Ensure compliance with building regulations, standards, and project timelines
• Manage fees, levies, and related payments
• Lead and supervise planning and licensing teams

Requirements:

• Proven experience in planning and licensing management within real estate projects
• In-depth knowledge of building regulations and permitting processes
• Experience working with planning authorities and regulatory bodies
• Strong management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal communication and ability to work across multiple interfaces
• Proficiency in relevant industry-specific software
