We’re a growing drone startup looking for a hands-on UAV Integration Engineer to assemble, integrate, test, and troubleshoot complete drone systems—lab + field.
What you’ll do:
- Integrate UAV components: motors/ESCs, flight controller, GPS/IMU, telemetry & comms modules
- Build and operate the ground control setup (GCS) using Mission Planner or QGroundControl
- Support antenna/telemetry setup and basic link optimization (practical, not purely theoretical)
- Run field tests, collect logs, perform root-cause troubleshooting, and drive fixes with the team
What we’re looking for:
- 1–3 years of hands-on integration/testing experience with UAVs or robotic systems (or strong equivalent experience)
- Solid working knowledge of Mission Planner / QGroundControl
- Strong troubleshooting mindset, comfortable with logs and systematic testing
- Willingness to join field trials as needed
Nice to have (not required):
- Pixhawk / ArduPilot / PX4, MAVLink
- Basic RF/antennas/telemetry knowledge, wiring/soldering
