Machine Learning Engineer

A successful global company developing a real-time AdTech platform powered by AI and Big Data, operating advanced decision-making engines at massive scale and impacting millions of users worldwide.

Based in central Israel with train-line access, the company operates a hybrid work model with three days per week from home.

The role-

• Be part of a core development team.
• Lead and develop large-scale, real-time Machine Learning systems.
• Design and implement production-grade ML solutions that combine models, data, and business logic.
• Enable fast and accurate decision-making in high-throughput production environments.

Requirements-

• B.Sc. in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
• 5+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer / Applied ML Engineer.
• Strong Python expertise at production level.
• High proficiency in SQL and daily work with large-scale datasets.
• Proven experience working with Big Data and high-scale systems
• (hundreds of millions to billions of events per day).
• Hands-on experience developing and operating ML systems in production, including
• inference, scoring, and real-time decision making.
• Experience with streaming and messaging systems such as Kafka, Pub/Sub, or similar.
• Experience working in cloud environments (AWS or GCP) and with Kubernetes.
