An Israeli AdTech startup operating in the digital advertising market, developing an ML-based autonomous platform that runs in real time across multiple global ad exchanges within the RTB (Real-Time Bidding) ecosystem.

Based in Tel Aviv, with access to both train and light rail, the company operates a hybrid work model and employs dozens of people, all located in Israel.

The company reached profitability within its first year and has remained consistently profitable since.

The role

Join a core development team, reporting to a Team Lead.
Develop high-performance systems using C++.
Work primarily in a Windows-based environment.
Contribute to real-time, low-latency systems operating at scale.

Requirements-

4 years in C++ and Python - Must.
Experience with low-level research and development: operating systems, embedded systems or equivalent experience - Must
Experience working with large open source projects is a plus
