Role Description

For one of our leading clients, we are looking for an experienced SEO Team Lead with strong leadership, management, and team-driving capabilities.

This role includes full ownership of the organic growth domain, working with traditional search engines while integrating advanced AI-based search solutions and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).

Responsibilities:

• Lead and professionally manage the SEO team, including task prioritization, training, performance monitoring, and continuous skill development
• Build and execute comprehensive SEO and GEO strategies for websites and clients
• Optimize content, site structure, and user experience to improve organic performance
• Perform ongoing analysis and decision-making using Google Search Console and Google Analytics
• Build and maintain performance dashboards and reports in Looker Studio
• Collaborate closely with development, content, and creative teams
• Own work processes, professional quality, KPIs, and business goals

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience of hands-on SEO experience
• Proven experience managing a team or leading professionals
• Practical knowledge and hands-on experience with SEO/GEO for AI-based search
• Full proficiency in Google Search Console and Google Analytics
• Experience building reports, dashboards, and KPIs in Looker Studio
• Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
• High-level writing and content creation skills
• Solid technical understanding and ability to work with HTML
• Strong analytical thinking and long-term strategic planning abilities
• Experience managing workflows, task prioritization, and performance monitoring
• Good level of English
