Payroll Team Lead

Payroll Team Lead- Hilan, Tel Aviv

The role includes:

-Professional and personal management and leadership of a team of payroll accountants, including mentoring, onboarding, and training of new employees, team development, and knowledge retention.

-Management of client portfolios, handling complex escalations, and maintaining a high level of service and ongoing client satisfaction.

-A role with a high Hands-On component, including day-to-day payroll operations, payslip production, direct work with clients, and handling complex professional issues, alongside leading and advancing team work processes.

-Leading improvement, control, optimization, and automation processes within payroll operations.

-Ongoing work with internal and external interfaces, including the implementation of regulatory changes and payroll legislation updates.

Job requirements:

-Payroll Accountant certification and at least 3 to 4 years of professional experience in the field, mandatory.

-At least 2 years of managerial experience in payroll accounting, mandatory.

-Proven experience working with clients and performing Hands-On payroll work.

-Ability to manage multiple interfaces, assertiveness, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

-High level of English, a significant advantage.
