We’re hiring Hands-On Junior CPA or Experienced Bookkeeper to join our growing Agri-Tech startup
Dairycs is building a new category in dairy farming — an autonomous herd management system combining robotics, software, and real-world operations.
We are looking for Hands-On Junior CPA or Experienced Bookkeeper to take ownership of the company’s accounting and financial operations in a fast-growing startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Support budgeting and monitor expenses and revenues
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Manage financial reporting for the Israel Innovation Authority
- Oversee cash flow, banking activity, and financial reporting
- Supervise payroll processes and statutory reporting
- Identify and improve financial processes
Requirements
- Completed internship (stage) in accounting
- Experience working with startups or similar environments
- Experience with the Israel Innovation Authority and/or financial institutions
- Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills
- Experience working with banks; accounting software knowledge is an advantage
