Technical Project Coordinator

Clear Gate is an Israeli-based cybersecurity and research company. We perform a cybersecurity risk assessment according to laws and regulations and suggest a mitigation plan to protect the organization’s data against malicious actors.

We are a growing company and are looking for a highly organized and client-oriented Project Coordinator to lead and coordinate our customer projects.

The role involves managing cybersecurity engagements such as penetration testing and other security services purchased by clients, acting as the main point of contact between clients and internal technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and the company throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage cybersecurity projects, including penetration tests and other security services.
• Collect and validate pre-engagement requirements and prerequisites from clients.
• Conduct project kickoff calls and align expectations, scope, and timelines.
• Coordinate project scheduling and assign projects based on the availability and expertise of security testers.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery according to agreed timelines.
• Communicate project status, updates, and potential risks to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure smooth collaboration between technical teams and customers.
• Handle scope changes, follow-ups, and post-project communication when needed.

Requirements:

• Experience in project management (experience in cybersecurity or IT – a strong advantage).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work with technical teams and understand technical requirements at a high level.
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in Hebrew (native level) and proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Experience managing client-facing projects in a fast-paced environment.
