Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Sales Consultant / Study Advisor. The primary responsibilities include engaging with potential clients to present tailored solutions, providing consulting services to address their specific needs, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. The role also involves delivering exceptional customer service and effectively communicating the value and benefits of SpeaX’s offerings.

• Proven experience in Sales Consulting and Consulting to achieve and exceed targets.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Dedication to ensuring Customer Satisfaction through problem-solving and a solutions-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate excellent time management skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools or other sales-related software is a plus.
• Passion for technology-driven learning and an understanding of adult education is beneficial.
• Fluency in Hebrew & English
